"BULL" GRAHAM-KRAKKER Joey Rainbow, the lead singer for The Free RATicals. The Free RATicals are known for their stage antics of wearing a costume rat head over their real heads. They are wildly popular until they decide to perform mask (and head) less. Their popularity plummets drastically until they have to leave Follywood for their only paying-gig... nostalgia house band at Bizzyland. They wear full rat costumes. Jealousy abounds when "Burpee" wants to sponsor them... with only Joey Rainbow in the ads.

The band ends up staying at Tuckus Inn during their stint/tenure at Bizzyland. The band questions Joey Rainbow's loyalty when he jumps ship to join Extreme Unction - The Band.
