Senator Dick Tate is the head of the Federal Energy Commission of Environmental Studies (FECES), which takes data from the Power Plant and studies the impact of the Allium County Dump and the Leekville Sewer on the neighboring environment.

Lots of tax dollars go into supporting this program, but the WikiLeeks scandal reveals that the "layer of cream" previously floating at the top of their fiscal budget has mysteriously disappeared. County Uber Security Surveillance (CUSS) has a big eye on this one!
