The Allium County Aquarium is touted as a "natural habitat tourism destination", supported by the Ecology Party. It was developed in retaliation to the crass commercialism of Bizzyland, which is heavily funded and supported by the Development Party.

Things go awry at the Aquarium when the Development Party's greed jeapordizes the water quality for the fish and other underwater wildlife.
