One of the Battling Tuckus Twins, Troy was always the son who was the "salt of the earth". He is the beacon of hope for the farming community's salvation, as he struggles to keep the Tuckus family farm alive in the face of "progress".

Troy is long-time married to Jane, local Allium County farmgirl and former Miss Leek Festival. They have four kids: Jake and The Three Brats.

Things come to a head when Troy runs for Allium County Supervisor against his political and personal nemesis... his own fraternal twin brother!.
