The town of Leekville is universally touted as the "The Leek Growing Capital of the World!" and is the birthplace of the Annual Leek Festival which takes place every year on April Fool's Day.

Attendance at this year's event is low due to public fears of safety regarding the outbreak of Ovis Syndrome. Every year they crown Miss Leek Festival" but this year they had to do it remote/virtual.

Allium County is under County Ultra Security Surveillance (CUSS) to ensure that only people who have received the Ovis Syndrome vaccine are allowed to attend the Annual Leek Festival. Those who do not receive the vaccine are only allowed to pay-per-view the festivities online via livecam.
