When a pampered pet suddenly finds himself out of his element and is dependent upon the kindness of strangers, he needs to 'be aware', as well as 'beware'.
City slickers Doc and Tatu are so impressed with the wild cheetah their neighbor Callie has as a pet. They decide to adopt an "exotic", and they become the proud parents of a bouncing baby boy alligator!
The alligator is so cute! Tatu and Doc dress him up in adorable outfits and throw birthday parties and play-dates for him. Then the alligator grows bigger... and suddenly he's not so cute and cuddly anymore. He accidentally breaks a Ming vase and is banished to the bathroom where he thinks the toilet is a jacuzzi and accidently flushes himself down the toilet. The alligator ends up in the sewer where local farmer Troy Tuckus finds him and brings him home "temporarily".
The alligator catches the attention of a member of The Eleeks who wants a set of alligator luggage and hatches a plan to fatten up the alligator so she can get multiple pieces of luggage out of him!
