(The Surprise)

Senator Dick Tate commissions a campaign trail wardrobe from Tatu, who promises to make the clothes from fabric so magnificent, it is visible only to those who are truly great (or good-looking). It is invisible to those who are stupid or incompetent or ugly. The citizenry is left confounded and confused when confronted with a semi-naked politician pounding on the podium. The masked crowd is too shocked and embarassed to say anything, lest they be thought of as stupid and ugly. Loud-mouthed LITTLER exposes it when she yells out at a campaign rally "he's not wearing any clothes!" Her father TOMMY TUCKUS quickly clamps his hands over her eyes.

INT. CAR - DAY

SENATOR DICK TATE is preparing for a whistle-blow campaign stop in Leekville to help soften the edges for the Development Party (to create tourism for Bizzyland and more tacky housing development rentals). His loyal assistant DEE DEE DUNCAN accompanies him to the salon of TATU, (clothing designer extra-ordinary) for a custom suit fitting.
