A new dread disease, the Ovis virus, escapes from a scientific laboratory and its affliction causes the sufferer to bleat like a sheep instead of talk.
A cure is derived using the Ovis vaccine made from the urine of sheep that eat leeks! The problem is... it makes you smell like a sulfurous barnyard.
Future presidential hopeful Senator Dick Tate is tasked with leading the committee to exhort the populace to get the Ovis vaccine. No one knows for sure what all the ingredients in the vaccine are, but the main ingredient is sheep urine... from sheep that eat leeks!
The Ovis vaccine makes the person smell like a sulfurous barnyard. Senator Dick Tate is head of the Federal Energy Committee for Environmental Studies (F.E.C.E.S), which is in charge of the marketing campaign demanding the populace wear gas masks!
