Something stinks here... everyone is required to get the Ovis vaccine! No one's quite sure what exactly is in that syringe but the main ingredient is sheep urine... and it must be urine from sheep that eat LEEKS!
The main side-effect is everyone ends up smelling like a sulfurous barnyard and has to wear a masks over their noses because of the stench. Senator Dick Tate, head of the Federal Energy Commission of Environmental Studies (FECES), is in charge of providing nose masks to cover the stink.
The WHAT (World Health and Tyranny) has assigned Senator Dick Tate with the task of creating an ad campaign (with tax-payer dollars) exhorting the populace to get vaccinated. Instead of hiring an ad agency, he decides to "include the lowly public" in the process by inviting them to submit ideas for advertising slogans (and also for him to save $$$ that can go instead to him buying a brand-new sports car!)
The winning advertising slogan is "Either Ur IN or Ur OUT!" The second runner-up ad slogan is "Let's All Stink This Through!" and the final ad platitude is "We're In This Stinkin' Mess Together!" The first-place winner receives a $25 gift-certificate to Build-A-Burger at the Leekville Mall.
